TCRC Training Days

TCRC holds club retriever training sessions from the fall through spring each year.  In the heat of the summer months, training sessions are on hiatus. Input from members is important so when there is a meeting scheduled, please plan on staying for the meeting. All training dates are subject to change or cancellation.

Requirements To Train With TCRC

1. For Liability Insurance reasons all people who participate in our Club Training Days must be a member of Treasure Coast Retriever Club.  You can go to our Membership page and download the form to bring to the training day or get a form at the training day and fill it out on site before training.

2. Come prepared to have fun and have an open mind to learn how to become a better handler and improve your dogs skills.  All attendees will take turns with the wingers, drills, and help with the set-up and tear-down for the day.  If you’ve never done it before, it’s OK, we will show you what to do. It’s easy and fun!
